About the Role
Nexilis Finance is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Investment Banking Analysts. In this role, you'll be an essential member of deal teams working on M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements for middle-market companies.

Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling efforts including DCF, LBO, merger, and comparable company analyses
- Prepare client deliverables including pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials
- Conduct comprehensive industry research and competitive analysis
- Support due diligence processes and data room management
- Participate actively in client meetings and negotiations
- Manage transaction processes including buyer/investor outreach and communication
- Mentor junior team members and interns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Previous investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team orientation
